Saitama Higashimatsuyama Flooding in Miyako Ikugawa October 12 19:50
According to the Kanto Regional Development Bureau, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Izu River flowing through Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture, in the Kuzubukuro area, water overflowed the embankment and flooding occurred.
The site is about 1 km southwest of the Higashimatsuyama interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway.
Higashimatsuyama City has issued an evacuation instruction to the district of the Ikugawa basin, confirming the state of damage and calling on residents to evacuate immediately.
