Fukushima Minamisoma Flooding in the Nitta River October 12 22:42
Fukushima Prefecture and the Fukushima Local Meteorological Observatory announced at 10:30 pm that flooding occurred in the Nitta River that flows through Haramachi Ward, Minamisoma City.
The place where the flood occurred was in the vicinity of the Otani and Kitarashinda districts of Haramachi Ward.
