Kanagawa Odawara Evacuation advisory to 191,878 people in 80,846 households across the entire area Oct. 12 8:08
Along with the approach of Typhoon No. 19, Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, issued an evacuation recommendation for 86,846 households and 191,878 people throughout the city at 7:00 am on the 12th.
The information corresponding to warning level 4 out of the five warning levels calls for immediate evacuation.
