According to TEPCO, in Chiba Prefecture, power outages continued at about 31,700 units at 4 am on the 19th.
Looking at the number of power outages by municipality, Minami Boso City has 4400 units,

According to TEPCO, power outages in Isumi City and Katori City were almost eliminated from 18th to 19th.
TEPCO has shown that the power outages in Chiba City's Midori Ward and Wakaba Ward, Narita City, Sakura City, and Tako Town and Kanzaki Town will generally be restored by the 20th. We are urgently working to recover within 20 days in the district. In areas where it will take more time to remove fallen trees, we are aiming for recovery by 27th of this month.
According to TEPCO, once a power failure has been restored, if the wire remains damaged or has fallen trees, the power failure may occur again.
