According to TEPCO, Ibaraki and Shizuoka prefectures were all restored in the dawn of 11th of the area where power failure occurred due to Typhoon # 15.

TEPCO said that the power outage in the jurisdiction was expected to decrease to about 120,000 in the night of the 10th, but according to the website, there were still about 491,700 outages at 4 am on the 11th.

The breakdown is about 48,300 units in Chiba Prefecture and about 11,400 units in Kanagawa Prefecture.

In Chiba Prefecture, power poles and electric wires have been damaged over a wide area, so it takes time to recover. However, according to TEPCO, the remaining power outage in the remaining area aims to recover within 11 days.

TEPCO has also prepared more than 250 power vehicles with the cooperation of other electric power companies, and is proceeding with its deployment mainly in Chiba Prefecture, where power outages are widespread.
