According to the Japan Road Traffic Information Center, the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway is closed in Tokyo and other parts of Kanagawa Prefecture due to the influence of Typhoon # 15.
The road is closed

▽ Inner circle between Gangbuk Junction and Takinogawa on the Central Loop Line,
The outer circuit between Itabashi Junction and Gangbuk Junction,
Inside and outside between Horikiri Junction and Kasai Junction,
▽ Up-and-down line between Honmoku Junction and Shin-Yamashita on the Kariba Line,
Down line between Nagata and hunting ground,
▽ To the east and west between Higashi Ogishima and Namiki on the Wangan Line ▽ Upline between Yokohama Kohoku Junction and Namamugi Junction on the Yokohama Kita Line,
Downline between Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama Kohoku Junction.
