Kanagawa Kamakura Namerikawa is flooded at the dangerous water level September 9th 3:09
According to Kanagawa Prefecture, due to the heavy rain accompanying the approach of the typhoon, the Namerikawa flowing through Kamakura City reached the inundation risk level at the Omachi Bridge Observatory at around 2:40 am. Kanagawa Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the danger of flooding is increasing.
