Kanagawa Kamakura Kobe River is flooding dangerous water level September 9th 2:32
According to Kanagawa Prefecture, the Kobe River flowing through Kamakura City reached the inundation risk level at the Otsubashi Observatory at around 1:50 am due to the heavy rain accompanying the approach of the typhoon. Kanagawa Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the danger of flooding is increasing.
