According to Kanagawa Prefecture, Hayakawa in Hakone Town reached the inundation risk level at 11:10 pm due to the typhoon approach at the observatory in Sengokuhara. Kanagawa Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the danger of flooding is increasing.
