According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, due to the heavy rain accompanying the approach of a typhoon, the southern Shirahame River in Oamishirasato City, Chiba Prefecture has reached the “flooding dangerous water level” with a high risk of flooding. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Japan Meteorological Agency are calling for strict vigilance.
