The air condition of Kanto Koshin is unstable, and there is a risk of very heavy rain of 50 mm or more per hour centering on the mountainside late at night on the 26th. The Japan Meteorological Agency has called for careful attention to inundation of low land.
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Kanto Koshin has unstable atmospheric conditions due to the warm and humid air and the cold air above it, and there are places where rain clouds develop.
In the 1 hour period until 5pm, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism observed an extremely heavy rain of 54mm with a rain gauge installed in Nakagawa Town, Tochigi Prefecture.
In Kanto Koshin, heavy rain falls with lightning late in the night on the 26th, and there is a risk of extremely heavy rain of 50 mm or more per hour centered on the mountainside.
The Japan Meteorological Agency calls for careful attention to low land inundation, river flooding, landslides, lightning strikes and gusts.
