Ground flooding of Nakagawa overflowing junior high school Tokushima Anan August 15 15:05

According to Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture, the Kamo Town in the city is overflowing with the water of the Naka River, and the ground and roads of the Kamo Valley Junior High School along the river are flooded.

In this area, there is a place where there is no embankment in the Nakagawa River, and water is overflowing from around 1pm.

In a video taken by a nearby viewer at around 1:30 pm, you can see the grounds of the junior high school covered with water and flowing into the first floor of the school building.

According to the city, this junior high school has been damaged by flooding even in the past typhoons, the first floor of the school building is a parking lot and the classroom is above the second floor in preparation for flooding.
