Typhoon approach May cause storm surges

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, the sea level is sucked up with the approach of the typhoon, and the tide level rises due to the strong wind from the offshore, which may cause storm surge. Especially now, it is easy to get storm surge because it is at the time of high tide. Furthermore, the danger increases when the typhoon approach and high tide time overlap.

The high tide times of major ports on the 15th are as follows.

▽ At Kochi Port 5:23 am and 6:43 pm
▽ At 10:32 am and 11:52 pm at Takamatsu Port,
▽ At Osaka Port 6:17 am and 7:32 pm,
▽ 3:17 am and 1:31 pm at Maizuru Port in Kyoto,

▽ At Kumamoto Port at 8:42 am and 9:34 pm,
