Survey: Rwanda would have changed its statistics on poverty

Tuesday, August 13, the prestigious British newspaper Financial Times publishes a long survey on Rwanda. Using data journalists, who analyze thousands of data, the daily concludes that Kigali rigged its results on poverty, just before the referendum of 2015. A referendum that has been approved and that offers the possibility to Paul Kagame of stay in power until 2034 if he wins the next election.
