Tokushima City released information on evacuation preparations to 1,199,899 households and 253,197 people throughout the city at 3:00 pm on the 14th.
The information corresponding to warning level 3 out of the 5 levels of warning level calls for elderly people and people with physical disabilities to start evacuation.
