U.S. President Joe Biden and first woman Jill Biden will arrive in Europe for their first state visit today, Wednesday.

The couple lands in Britain in the evening at about 10 pm Finnish time.

Biden will travel to Cornwall today for the G7 summit from Friday to Sunday.

This is the first meeting in almost two years where the leaders of the countries will meet face to face.

The meeting will address, among other things, the corona pandemic and climate change.

On Thursday, Biden plans to meet between the two G7 leaders, including British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

On Sunday, Joe Biden is scheduled to visit Windsor Castle with Queen Elizabeth.

On Monday, Biden will attend the NATO summit in Brussels and meet with the EU leadership.

On Wednesday, he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Geneva, Switzerland.
