Hockey influencer Kalervo Kummola said on Twitter that the start time of the third final of the Finnish Championship League, at 16.00, came as a surprise to him on Monday.

The vice-president of the International Hockey Federation IIHF opened television, out of old habit, far too late.

- What a surprise when I prepared to watch the third final of the evening at 6.30pm.

Nothing but a telly open and Oops, there was going to be the last minute.

At first I thought they were warming up with the goals of the previous match, but yes it was the end of the game, Kummola tweeted.

Ilta-Sanomat's trio of journalists was also amazed at the start time of the final in Monday's Finnish Championship league judgment.

Championship league finals and other games typically start at 6.30pm.

Now, the finals will exceptionally start as early as 4 p.m., probably because the solution will allow on-demand customers of ice rink fences with current corona restrictions.

The fourth match of the final series will be played on Tuesday at 4 pm. The lock can decide the Finnish championship in the match.
