The day of the inauguration of the President of the United States has traditionally closely followed the clothing choices of both presidents and first women.

Unlike previous inaugurations, Melania Trump, who gave up her first woman job today, dressed in a completely black outfit.

Melania Trump’s choice of black outfits can be considered exceptional, as Michelle Obama, the first woman who gave up at the 2017 inauguration, for example, wore a red dress.

Former U.S. President Barack Obama, meanwhile, was wearing a black suit and blue tie at the time.

Obama’s couple’s color choices have been estimated to symbolize the colors of Democrats and Republicans.

The color choices might have highlighted the fact that the presidential couple wanted to operate across party lines.

The dark red color seen above Michelle Obama at the time has also traditionally symbolized warmth and courage.

Color symbolism has been seen at other times as well, as Hillary Clinton, who lost to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election, wore a gray jacket with purple collars and undershirt in her concession speech.

- The day after the 2016 presidential election, Bill and I wore purple.

When red and blue are mixed, a purple color is created.

By this we were referring to the division of the people, Hillary revealed in his memoirs.

Hillary Clinton said in her speech that even though the people are divided, she believes in America.

Today, Jill Biden, the wife of swearing in President Joe Biden, is wearing a light blue jacket and dress that are the same color as Melania Trump’s four years ago at Donald Trump’s inauguration.

When Donald Trump’s inauguration was held on January 20, 2017, Melania Trump was wearing a light blue dress and jacket.

The light blue color has traditionally been considered a symbol of peace and reliability.

Melania Trump was estimated at the time to imitate perhaps the most popular first woman of all time, Jackie Kennedy, with her choice of outfit.

Melania Trump herself has said that she has sometimes expressed her position through her outfit.

For example, in June 2018, the first woman visited a children’s shelter in Texas.

She was wearing a jacket that read “I really don’t care, do you?”.

The choice of jacket caused a huge uproar.

Melania Trump later argued that she was not directing the jacket’s message to the children of the shelter, but to “the leftist media that criticized her”.

Mrs. Trump is notoriously dressed in high-end luxury brands.

Today, her black outfit consisted of clothing and accessories from French luxury brands Chanel and Hermes, among others.
