Granada received a dull 1-6 spank from Atletico Madrid in La Liga on Sunday.

Graninama-sponsored betting company Winamax Deportes regretted the loss so badly that it crossed the line of tastelessness on Twitter.

The company’s account posted a sub-style caricature for Atletico Madrid of the heatmap of Joao Felix, who scored the goal, that normally depicts a player’s movement on the field.

The image has been removed from the sponsor's Twitter account but can still be seen in an AS magazine account, for example.

The picture was shared hundreds of times.

Granada took a strict view of the caricature and demanded a public apology from his sponsor.

The Winamax Deportes logo stumbles upon Granada’s outfit.

- Granada FC demands a public apology and immediate correction to the disrespectful tweet, a statement issued by the club said.

The match between Granada and Atletico saw Luis Suarez making his debut at the Madrid club.
