Bad Homburg (dpa / tmn) - Bentley is bringing its revised Bentayga to dealers at prices from 182 004 euros. For this proud sum, buyers can expect a thoroughly refreshed design and a significantly modernized interior with updated infotainment. Under the hood, however, there is little new.

According to the manufacturer, the model upgrade can be recognized from the outside by a larger, steeper grille and a new rear design with oval taillights in the trunk lid and license plates in the bumper.

More colors and veneers

Inside there are new seats that offer up to ten centimeters more legroom in the rear, a redesigned cockpit with digital displays as well as an infotainment system with mobile phone connection and wireless smartphone integration. The British have also expanded the range of colors and veneers. Behind the huge grill, only the four-liter V8 engine grumbles, which goes almost unchanged into the second half. It has an output of 404 kW / 550 PS and accelerates the luxury liner, which weighs over two tons, with a maximum of 770 Nm in 4.5 seconds from 0 to 100 km / h. The top speed is 290 km / h and consumption is 11.6 liters (CO2 emissions 265 g / km).

CO2-Off for the twelve-cylinder The second engine variant will be a plug-in hybrid with a V6 petrol engine and buffer battery. The previously offered W12 twelve-cylinder, on the other hand, breaks the legal CO2 requirements in the European Union and is only offered on export markets.
