An easy croissant pudding is great for weekends, even as a brunch sweet treat.

It needs croissants, iced berries, sugar, eggs, cream and milk. You can use the berries found in your freezer for frying. For example, raspberries, Boysen berries and blueberries are well suited for this.

Croissants are cut into smaller pieces and stacked with berries and sugar in layers in a greased pan.

Eggs, cream and milk are beaten together in a bowl and poured into a pan over other ingredients.

The delicacy cooks in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve it still warm with vanilla ice cream or Turkish yogurt flavored with vanilla sugar.
