The emergency services were massively pulled out, including a police helicopter to find the car that drove through after the incident. The driver was arrested around 11.15 pm in neighboring Cuijk.
The police have cordoned off the terrace and are still investigating the incident. According to eyewitnesses, several people would have been in the car.
