Berlin (dpa) - U16 youth players from Hertha BSC have been racially insulted by their opponents in the regional league game at VfB Auerbach, according to the Berlin football club, and have therefore stopped the game. The team had pointed this out to the referee and decided to leave the field at 2-0, Hertha said. The club condemns “racism and discrimination in all forms”. There was initially no reaction from Auerbach.
