Brussels (dpa) - Change of staff in Brussels: Before the start of the new leadership of the European Union, Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and Council President Donald Tusk say goodbye to their offices. Juncker gives one of his rare press conferences at noon, before his successor Ursula von der Leyen takes over on Sunday. Councilor Tusk hands over his duties in the morning to his successor Charles Michel. On Twitter, Tusk said goodbye to a video while jogging through Brussels and saying, "It was a real run."
