Berlin (dpa) - The German Teachers Association has spoken out against changes in physical education despite the laziness of German children and adolescents. The students moved too little, said the president of the organization, Heinz-Peter Meidinger, the newspapers of the New Berlin editorial society. However, Meidinger is skeptical about calls for more school sports. For an extra hour of sport another lesson would have to be dropped. Also, another physical education with more games does not necessarily help.
