Seoul (AP) - The US has been unable to dispel its differences with South Korea over the cost of deploying US soldiers in new negotiations. The talks in Seoul had been prematurely terminated, the South Korean Foreign Ministry said. They did not go as planned. The US side demanded a significant increase in its contribution from South Korea, which was unacceptable for the South Korean side.
