Prague (dpa) - When driving across the border to the Czech Republic threatened in early December miles congestion. Czechtoll, the new operator of truck tolls in the country, warns. Only about 196 000 trucks are equipped with new on-board equipment and registered - less than half of the expected number. The system should start on December 1st. The toll operator expects long queues at the borders when truck drivers buy the on-board unit only at the first point of sale behind the border instead of ordering it in advance online.
