Berlin (AFP) The Federal Government will probably have to abstain in a groundbreaking decision on the European Investment Bank's (EIB) energy policy. So far, however, the German government has not had a unified position and Germany will therefore "not be able to agree to the new climate-friendly financing guidelines".
