Verona (AP) - There has been another racist incident in Italian football. The Serie A match between promoters Hellas Verona and Brescia Calcio was interrupted in the second half for about ten minutes. Hellas fans had repeatedly offended the guest striker Mario Balotelli with monkey sounds and racist cries. In the second half Balotelli stopped the ball, took it in his hands and shot him in the direction of a fan block of the hosts. He then wanted to leave the place, but he could be persuaded to continue playing.
