Berlin (dpa) - In several milk powder products for babies, residues of potentially carcinogenic mineral oils have been found, according to the consumer protection organization Foodwatch. Three out of four products purchased in Germany had been found to contain aromatic hydrocarbons, Foodwatch said. The organization relies on independent laboratory analyzes. There is no acute health risk. Nevertheless, Foodwatch demands an immediate stop of sales and the recall of the affected products.
