Berlin (AFP) The Bundestag Armed Forces Commissioner, Hans-Peter Bartels, has criticized Defense Minister Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer (CDU)'s push for an international protection zone in northern Syria. "The Bundeswehr is not tearing down additional tasks," said Bartels the editorial network Germany. "Already 17,000 German soldiers are involved in international missions."
