Luxembourg (dpa) - The 27 remaining EU countries are today in Luxembourg discussing the opportunities for a Brexit agreement with Great Britain. Chief negotiator Michel Barnier wants to report to the European Affairs Ministers, whether in the negotiations since Saturday came closer to a solution. Ultimately, the question is whether at the EU summit on Thursday an agreement on a regular exit of Great Britain on 31 October could succeed.
