Warsaw (AP) - In the parliamentary elections in Poland is characterized by a brisk participation. By late afternoon, about 46 percent of the more than 30 million voters cast their vote, said the electoral commission in Warsaw. In the previous election in October 2015, around 39 percent of voters had voted during the same period. Initial forecasts are expected after closing the polling stations at 21 o'clock. According to polls before the election, it can be expected that the national-conservative ruling party Law and Justice (PiS) will remain the strongest force.
