Germany: AFD fails in Karlsruhe with application for denied Hammelsprung in the Bundestag

Karlsruhe (AFP) The AfD parliamentary group has failed before the Federal Constitutional Court with an application for interim measures because of a denied Hammelsprungs to determine the present deputies in the Bundestag. The highest German court rejected in a decision published on Tuesday the urgent application. The AFD parliamentary group wanted to achieve that Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier is not allowed to sign three laws passed in a nightly parliamentary session. (Az 2 BvQ 59/19)
