Munich (dpa) - The German Teachers' Association has spoken out shortly before the global clash of climate clearly against demonstrations during class time. Although it was important that young people learned at school, "how we can preserve our natural resources and actively protect," said association chief Jürgen Böhm. "However, a so-called strike during class time is certainly not one of the appropriate measures." The movement Fridays for Future has called for protests in more than 2600 cities in more than 150 states.
