Munich (AP) - In Munich rain new signing Philippe Coutinho has completed his first training at Bayern Munich.
Around 1,600 fans attended the first practice session of the German football champions with the Brazilian loaned by FC Barcelona. The focus of the training were fast attack trains. Borussia Mönchengladach's midfield player Michaël Cuisance (20) also made his first appearance.
At the 27-year-old Coutinho his strengths flashed on the ball, whether in dribbling, with precise passes in the foot or the calm at the gate. At the final practice game on a smaller pitch, the New Munich looked a bit tired at the end. Coutinho was late in training after participating in the Copa America with the national team in the summer in Barcelona. He could celebrate his Bundesliga debut on Saturday in Bayern's away fixture at FC Schalke 04.
When training was missing the ex-Schalke Leon Goretzka. The German international had already missed the League opening game against Hertha BSC (2: 2) after a training injury on the thigh. World Champion Corentin Tolisso trained on Tuesday individually in the performance center.
