Cairo (AP) - In an explosion in downtown Cairo, at least 19 people have been killed and 30 others injured, according to official figures. This was announced by the Egyptian Ministry of Health during the night. The explosion occurred after the collision of several vehicles in front of the State Cancer Research Institute. It is located on the Nile, just a few kilometers from Tahrir Square. There are several government buildings in the area, including the Ministry of Justice, the Prime Minister's Office and Embassies.
