Hong Kong (AP) - After a new mass protest in Hong Kong, clashes broke out between the police and demonstrators. Security forces used tear gas to drive out activists blocking roads. For the first time, the protest was no longer directed only against the Hong Kong government, but also directly against Beijing's representation. After the protest march, hundreds of people moved to the Liaison Office of the Chinese leadership. Some threw the building with eggs and black paint. The emblem of the People's Republic was also polluted. China's state media reacted outraged.
