Man who would have given Caloh Wagoh leaders a murder order

The police arrested a 39-year-old man on Tuesday who would have ordered two leaders from motorcycle club Caloh Wagoh to liquidate Zeki Yumusak. That man was shot in July 2017 by as yet unknown shooters.

The Public Prosecution Service (OM) announced that the man from Loenen aan de Vecht was brought before the examining magistrate on Friday, who decided that the man would be detained for fourteen days longer.

In February this year, the OM made it clear that two leaders of Caloh Wagoh, Delano R. (48) and Greg R. (70), are suspected of being involved in the murder of Yumusak.

The two men would have accepted the assignment and had it carried out by as yet unknown shooters. The 42-year-old victim was shot several times in his car on 26 July 2017 and died of his injuries on the way to the hospital.

Suspicions stem from statements made by the witness

The suspicion of involvement of Delano R. and Greg R. in the murder of Yumusak is based on statements by crown witness Tony de G., who also said that the order for the liquidation came from a Turkish man who spoke with a Rotterdam accent. Research must show whether it is the man from Loenen aan de Vecht.

The G. himself was involved in the liquidation of criminal Jair Wessels in July 2017 and decided to conclude an agreement with the OM. Based on his testimony, Delano R. and Greg R. were also arrested on suspicion of involvement in the Wessels murder.

Delano R. is also accused of co-perpetrating the murder of Farid Souhali in The Hague.

Thursday session in investigation of Caloh Wagoh leaders

An introductory session is planned for Thursday 18 July in the investigation into the leaders of Caloh Wagoh. The arrested 39-year-old man is not yet on trial.

Two men suspected of having shot Souhali in April 2017 will have to appear for the first time.

The suspect was in the picture investigating the murder of his brother crown witness

One of those men is Gwensley G. That 35-year-old man appeared earlier in the investigation into the murder of Reduan B., the brother of Nabil B., the crown witness in the Taghi case.

The man who shot Reduan B. in March 2018 threw a bag of weapons in the water after his act. DNA from G. was found on one of those weapons. While searching his girlfriend's home, where he was staying, two more weapons were found.

In the end, G. was only convicted of possession of the weapons found in the home. There were no indications that he was an accessory to the murder of Reduan B.
