Colombo (dpa) - In Sri Lanka after the suicide attacks on churches and luxury hotels emergency regulations came into force. They should help to preserve public safety and order and to ensure the supply of goods and services. The regulations give security authorities more powers. The explosions at eight locations killed at least 290 people on Easter Sunday, including more than 30 foreigners.
