Britain's Queen Elizabeth has been back to work since Friday, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson reported.

Elizabeth would be back at her desk after spending the night from Wednesday to Thursday in the hospital.

Johnson said he would send her "best wishes" from the British people.

The 95-year-old queen, according to Buckingham Palace, is resting and is exclusively engaged in "light duties".

She was hospitalized for a "preliminary study," suggesting more research is needed.

A visit to Northern Ireland was canceled this week and her doctors advised Elizabeth to "take a rest for a few days," a royals spokesperson said earlier.

The queen would have reluctantly accepted the advice.

The medical advice was issued after Elizabeth was seen with a walking stick a few days ago while visiting Westminster Abbey.

It is still unclear why she needed that walking stick.
