Former film producer Harvey Weinstein allegedly sexually assaulted one of his employees at the Savoy Hotel in London.

That emerges in a lawsuit filed against Weinstein in the United Kingdom, which

reported on Tuesday.

The case was discussed before a court on Tuesday.

The woman, whose identity has not been released, was asked to come to his hotel room.

Weinstein then asked everyone else present to leave, after which he assaulted the woman, according to court documents.

The papers also mention another incident at another hotel.

Weinstein was not represented in court.

Also, there was no representative from Miramax, the company he used to run.

Several cases are pending against Weinstein in several cities.

He is on trial in Los Angeles for assaulting and raping five women between 2004 and 2013. In New York, the former producer was sentenced to 23 years in prison for similar acts.
