Kevin Spacey is arguing with his former employer Media Right Capital (MRC) in a case of alleged abuse dating back to 2012,

The Hollywood Reporter

based on confidential documents.

The actor is said to have violated a then twenty-year-old production assistant at his former employer.

The case has not yet been submitted to a judge.

According to the documents, the production assistant had to take Spacey to the hospital at the time, after the actor burned his hand on the set of

House of Cards

That inconvenience reportedly did not stop Spacey from assaulting the man.

Later that season, Spacey invited an actor who wanted to audition for a role to his hotel room.

When the actor refused, Spacey drove him to a place in Los Angeles, only to touch him there undesirably.

MRC sued Spacey in 2019 for millions of dollars because

House of Cards

suffered massive damage because of his misconduct.

The show was MRC's showpiece, but little was left of that after the lead actor's resignation.

The documents also show that Spacey would have behaved strangely during a previous interview, which took place behind closed doors.

For example, he would have sung and danced a musical number.

In recent years, Spacey has been involved in multiple cases of alleged sexual misconduct.
