Rob Kemps, known as the leader of the party act Snollebollekes and as the most recent

Slimste Mens

winner, will work for Talpa for the next three years.

The 35-year-old Kemps will develop program formats, but will also work as a presenter.

"My feeling at Talpa Network was formidable from the first minute," said Kemps, who has no presenting experience yet.

"I see this step as a unique opportunity to develop my talents in television land at this great club. The expressed confidence and enthusiasm to create something together convinced me. I am truly looking forward to this great adventure. "

Talpa director Marco Louwerens calls Kemps an "authentic and creative person, who is always completely himself".

"He regularly manages to surprise the Netherlands enormously with a new talent that he appears to have within him. I think that Rob - perhaps the nicest smartest person ever - lives up to the slogan of SBS6 'at home on every street' like no other."

It is not yet known in which program Kemps will be screened.

In 2013 he gained fame with the Snollebollekes, the party act that he devised together with Jurjen Gofers and Maurice Huismans.
