Jack Poels does not have to think about being on stage again until the wee hours of the morning.

The singer of Rowwen Hèze tells in conversation with AD that he does not feel physically ready for this.

"Normally I don't climb on stage until 11 pm. In this time - it feels like a retired life - I hardly get to stay awake until then", says the singer who recently released his second solo album



"Physically I don't feel ready for that switch at all. I said to my wife, 'I shouldn't think about performing tonight.' But she says, 'If it's allowed again, such energy will enter you. free. Trust your adrenaline. "I'll hold on to that."

He agrees that without the pandemic, this would not have happened so quickly.

Poels is therefore not bored during the lockdown.

"That is my luck, I can immerse myself in music and painting. If I were to hear that the pandemic would continue for another year, I would accept it and be fine again."
