A camera crew of the NOS was attacked in Urk on Saturday afternoon, the NOS itself reports.

A security guard was sprayed with a corrosive substance in his face.

A cameraman from the NOS made recordings at the burnt-out test street of the GGD.

The test street was set on fire on Saturday evening.

Dozens of people took to the streets in Urk to protest against the curfew, which was used for the first time in the fight against the corona virus on Saturday.

Two youngsters hindered the cameraman in making the recordings, which resulted in an altercation.

A security guard who intervened received a caustic substance in his face during a struggle with one of the youth.

The camera crew then decided to leave the location.

A spokesman for GGD, who would speak to Omroep Flevoland at the burnt-out test street, also decided to leave because of the tense situation, the broadcaster reports.

The security guard was treated on the spot by a doctor.

The police started an investigation.

No one has been arrested yet.
