Demi Lovato's docuseries, in which she talks about the difficult period in her life in which she overdosed, will premiere on YouTube on March 23.
The four-part docuseries is called
Demi Lovato: Dancing With the Devil
.
The 28-year-old singer not only looks back on the drug overdose she took in 2018, but also on her
Tell Me You Love Me World Tour
.
She previously said that attempting to recover from an eating disorder caused mental distress and led to the overdose.
"Two years ago I decided to face the darkest period of my life," Lovato told
Entertainment Tonight.
"I am grateful that I was able to put the past behind me and share my story with the world."
In 2017 there was also a documentary by Lovato on YouTube, called
Simply Complicated
.
