Four women filed suit against Harvey Weinstein on Thursday for sexual assault and sexual assault. This is evident from a new court document from the Supreme Court in New York.
Among the alleged victims is a woman who is now 70. She is said to have been abused by the film producer in a hotel during the Cannes Film Festival in 1984 when she was there with a friend.
The youngest prosecutor is a 35-year-old Hungarian woman allegedly forced into oral sex by Weinstein in 2013. A 38-year-old woman from New York and a 43-year-old woman from Tennessee also say that they have been abused by the producer.
Weinstein has been charged with rape and sexual assault by more than a hundred women. Two of them filed a lawsuit in New York earlier this year. The film producer was sentenced to 23 years in prison there in March.
In the meantime, a case is also pending against him in Los Angeles, which was recently delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak. If Weinstein is found fully guilty in that case, he could face another 28 years in prison.
