Anouk Glaudemans, who was named the winner of the seventh edition of Heel Holland Bakt on Sunday evening, would very much like to do more with baking. The 43-year-old from Brabant tells us in conversation with NU.nl that they have already received many great offers, including a recurring role in the Time for MAX program.

Anouk Glaudemans, who was named the winner of the seventh edition of Heel Holland Bakt on Sunday evening, would very much like to do more with baking. The 43-year-old from Brabant tells us in conversation with NU.nl that they have already received many great offers, including a recurring role in the Time for MAX program .

"I am of course busy with my baking book (which every winner of Heel Holland Bakt can release, ed.) And I will also do things for Omroep MAX," says Glaudemans. "I have been asked to be in the kitchen in the Time for MAX program and I am very curious to see what else will happen to me. The mailbox is already full of fun things."

The Heel Holland Bakt winner teaches in daily life at Avans University of Applied Sciences and would like to combine teaching and her - still - hobby - for example, by giving a baking course. "I see what it brings. If it does not happen, it is also good. But I certainly want to seize all the opportunities that present themselves and discover what opportunities there are."

Glaudemans is also interested in the children's version of the baking program, which was recently announced. "Certainly! I am a mother myself and a pedagogue, I have worked in youth care for a long time. I love being busy with people."

"Would get a stomachache if someone else's cake fell"

Glaudemans thinks she has been named the winner because she has a broad base of techniques. "In addition to my baking skills, I am also structured, I can handle stress and I can switch quickly. If everything goes wrong, I don't get stuck, but I switch immediately."

Although she is happy with her win, Glaudemans did not want to be the best of all candidates at all costs. "I wanted to win the assignments because I am doing well, but not if that would be at the expense of someone else. I was happy if my baking turned out to be beautiful, but would also get stomach ache if someone else's cake fell to the floor. "

The contact with her fellow candidates is therefore very good, says Glaudemans. "We have a lot of contact on the app, we call and tonight we will see each other again. With some the friendship will stay and with some the contact will be watered down, but wherever we meet: we will always be connected thanks to this unique experience."
