On the occasion of International Cancer Day on Sunday, we return to photobiomodulation. The technique accelerates the healing and regeneration of tissues damaged by heavy treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
This innovation has been tested for two years at the Gustave-Roussy Institute in Villejuif, and is used in 52 hospitals in France. It already promises to be a breakthrough and is being trialled in a number of hospitals across the UK and the U.S.
